SHIPPING POLICY
We keep things simple: all Canadian orders ship for a flat rate of $25, and that includes insurance and tracking so your ginseng arrives safe, sound, and right on time.
We also ship worldwide. Interested wholesale buyers (foreign and domestic) should contact Remi directly.
Live nearby? Skip the delivery fee! We love seeing our community in person. For local pick-up, reach out to Martha@Kinglakefarms.com to set up a time, or connect with Remi at 519-281-9034 for arrangements or alternative shipping options.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At King Lake Farms, every batch of ginseng is grown with care — small, thoughtful, and rooted in quality. If something doesn’t feel quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
To start a return or exchange, just reach out to Martha@Kinglakefarms.com. We offer refunds or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, we’re not able to process refunds or exchanges.
Please note that shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.
